As part of the “Thames PE Decarbonisation Series”, Thames Capital is offering wholesale investors a unique and exclusive investment opportunity to participate in the Series A round of “Greenspace”, via the Thames Controlled Environmental Farming Trust (“Trust”). Thames Capital has already negotiated and secured the allocation to invest in this business.

The trust is making a single investment of up to A$12 million into the Series A round of Greenspace (min. A$5 million)
The funding allows Greenspace to fulfil continued customer demand across Australia-Pacific and accelerate their growth into new international territories (Paris, London, New York and San Francisco). Entry into new territories will be accelerated by already existing customers who have a presence in these cities
Opportunity to participate at the start of the company’s growth cycle having proven technology and business model.
Greenspace is an Australian AgTech/FoodTech company with significant traction in the Controlled Environment Urban Farming markets.
International expansion derisked leveraging a globally active current customer list of Tier 1 corporates e.g., Hyatt, IHG, Accor, Sheraton hotels, Dnata, JP Morgan, JLL, Centuria, Dexus etc.
Greenspace key differentiators include a B2B subscription model and the elimination of expensive and lengthy supply chains.
