As part of the “Thames PE Decarbonisation Series”, Thames Capital is offering wholesale investors a unique and exclusive investment opportunity to participate in the Series B round of a UK cleantech company, via the Thames EV Battery Metal Recycling Trust (“Trust”). Thames Capital has secured an allocation to invest alongside institutional investors who have already committed to this round.
The trust is making a single investment of up to USD10 million (~A$ 15.4 million) into the Series B round of a UK based clean technology company (min US5 million)
This comoany already has significant traction in the EV battery metal recycling markets.

The company has capitalised on it’s significant first mover advantage - mine and accompanying plant already owned in mainland Europe,
Numerous government grants have been awarded to the company underpinning the support of their business and solutions.
